Concept Design and standardisation to roll out Mortgage Choice’s new branch design throughout Australia.  Innova was engaged to create key elements that were easy to be replicated and would create a unique concept that generates brand recognition in the market with a level of engagement with the local community.  The new concept was launched with great success and good feedback from the customers and stakeholders.
