This document forms a record of digital information data transfer (including but not limited to DWG files and BIM models) to the party noted above and outlines the terms and conditions on which Innova Group is providing the data files.
1.1 Independence
Innova Group is an independent design and consultancy practice. We are not owned by, affiliated with, or acting as agent for any manufacturer, supplier, contractor, or third-party platform referenced in this document or the files it accompanies.
1.2 Terms and Conditions
The digital file does not form a Contract Document.
The recipient must ensure appropriate software and hardware is used to consider and utilise the Digital Information. Translation into another format may result in data loss. Innova Group accepts no liability for any misuse or misinterpretation.
While reasonable precautions are taken, Innova Group offers no guarantee against viruses. Use is at the recipient’s own risk.
It is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure correct versioning and functionality of software/hardware to access the files.
The data is intended only for use in relation to the project noted above. It was not prepared for the recipient’s specific purposes and may not fully suit their needs.
Hard copy documents take precedence over digital files, which may not be true or certified representations.
The recipient must verify all information by consulting hard copies, project documents, and on-site dimensions.
No warranty is provided regarding the accuracy of non-dimensioned elements. Innova Group accepts no responsibility for such measurements.
Digital Information may not include required data or be suitable for the intended purpose.
Digital files may not reflect the most accurate or current project version.
Innova Group accepts no liability for any loss arising from the use of digital data.
These terms apply to all future digital information issued in relation to the same project.
1.3 Third-Party Links
This document, our website, or accompanying files may contain links to third-party websites or platforms. Innova Group has no control over, and accepts no responsibility or liability for, the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party site. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
1.4 No Online Payments
Innova Group does not request, solicit, or accept payments, deposits, or financial details from clients or members of the public through this document, email, social media, or any unverified online channel. Any communication asking for payment in this manner should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us directly through our official contact channels.
1.5 Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the information and data remains the property of Innova Group or its clients. The files must not be copied, shared, or distributed without express written consent. This includes but is not limited to CAD symbols, object styles, families, groups, and templates.
Section 2: BIMx / IFC Model Transfer Disclaimer

2.1 Terms and Conditions
The BIMx/IFC model is provided as a visual aid for information purposes only and does not form part of the contract.
The model is generated from ARCHICAD. Innova Group accepts no responsibility for data conversion accuracy when opened in other platforms.
Official PDF drawings and specifications override any BIMx/IFC visual representations.
Any discrepancies must be reported to Innova Group before proceeding.
Redistribution or transfer of models to third parties is prohibited without written consent from Innova Group.
2.2 Intellectual Property
All information and content within the digital files remain the property of Innova Group or its clients. Reproduction or sharing without prior written approval is not permitted.
