During the preliminary design phase, a high level budget estimate is prepared to ensure the viability of the project. Once documentation is completed, and prior to the commencement of construction, Innova will complete a detailed pricing exercise and present our clients with a fixed price quotation.

This budget is then closely monitored and managed during the build process, by our team of construction managers and contracts administrators, reducing the risk of variations.
