During the construction of your project, our project management team provide our clients with detailed weekly progress reports, providing you with confidence that your project is being managed and delivered on time and to the highest quality.

Budget Control

Every project that Innova delivers is designed and built to budget. During the preliminary design phase, a high level budget estimate is prepared to ensure the viability of the project. Once documentation is completed, and prior to the commencement of construction, Innova will complete a detailed pricing exercise and present our clients with a fixed price quotation.

This budget is then closely monitored and managed during the build process, by our team of construction managers and contracts administrators, reducing the risk of variations.

Risk Management

Implementing a risk management strategy can help identify potential savings throughout the construction process. A risk management system for construction operations must be continually updated as the development occurs. It must service all project and construction management facets, including personnel, design, costings, quality, timeline, and external components.

Innova starts by identifying all the risks involved in the project and construction process.
