At the completion of every project, Innova will complete a thorough and detailed inspection of the built environment, to ensure we deliver our obligations and our client’s expectations have been met.
Handover
As part of our handover process, Innova will manage the completion of any defects, and collate and issue to our clients:
- As built drawings
- Operational manuals
Warranty & Maintenance
Innova warranty all projects we deliver. Should an issue arise outside this period, our network of national contractors can assist on short notice to ensure your space is maintained to an optimal level throughout the life of your tenancy.
Innova also offer reactive and preventative maintenance programs across Australia. We perform and maintain items including:
- Lighting
- Signage
- Painting
- Electrical (including testing & tagging)
- Roller shutters
- Plumbing
- FF&E repairs
- Glazing repairs including emergency replacement
