Dr Kurosh Parsi is an eminent phlebologist and President of the Phlebology college in Australia. The brief was to deliver a practice that efficiently combined the college office, skin clinic and consulting rooms and the Day Hospital.
The challenge was to deliver this environment to Class 5 commercial building and get the Ministry of Health approval and other authorities like the Fire and Ambulance Brigade and Council to allow a Day Hospital to trade in this building.
